We are looking for an amazing, focused, professional individual with excellent customer service skills to be a Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides answers to customers’ questions regarding claims/payment status and liaises with other staff to resolve the received inquiries.
- Interacts with customers by phone or email to ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, and courteous service.
- Receives and processes customer data, reporting information and maintains the claims complaint log.
- Handles complaints concerning claims or services rendered and refers complaints of service failure to appropriate departments for investigation.
- Coordinates customers service needs with other departments, as required, to ensure proper delivery of the services.
- Maintains all performance standards. Adheres to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and client specific protocols.
- Ensures strict standards for claimant/client confidentiality and complies with organizational regulations/policies.
- Other related duties as assigned.

PROFILE
Qualifications:
- 1 year of office or customer service experience.
- Post secondary education or related equivalent experience.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills
- Critical and analytical thinking required
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of computer programs, including MS Office.
Assets:
- Experience in Insurance or Travel industry.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
