The hiring company has a multi-country presence in CEE and is specialised in the distribution of wide range of security systems equipment (video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, time attendance systems, fire alarm) and dedicated software to centralise and monitor the building security.

The sales representative role is to accomplish the promotion and sales of company products, services and solutions, achieving the sales targets through new client’s acquisition and account management.


Sales of security equipment and services – offering optimal security solutions;

Development of distributor network ;

Research and market analysis;

Prepare sales plan/action, reports related to sale;

Cooperation and contacts with customers on a daily basis – maintaining good relationship with existing customers and searching for new customers (contacting, presentations, negotiations);

Organizing and managing the country branch office;

Participation in recruitment and training of new employees;

Participation in marketing and sales projects.


Bachelor degree from a electrotechnical or economics specialization;

At least 3 years of previous experience in similar / relevant position in Security&Safety business (technical protection)';

Excellent sales, communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

Availability for business trips (visit business partners);

High degree of responsibility, flexibility and proactivity;

Affinity to new technologies and ability to execute corporate goals;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;

Fluency in English;

High level of work ethics and honesty.
